Terms and Conditions

Although photographer is organised by the hotel, each couple will pay the photographer on the night

A booking deposit of €10 per person (€20 per couple) is required within 21 days of booking

Payment must be made in full before the end of summer school term to ensure that tickets can be sent out insufficient time.

Alcohol will only be served to those persons over the age of 18.

The management have the right to refuse to those who do not issue appropriate ID. Passport or Official Garda ID only will be accepted

Any damages incurred by the hotel as a result of inappropriate behaviour of students will be charged to the student in question

Students found in the possession of illegal substances will be escorted off the premises and immediately reported

If numbers drop after booking, package details may have to be reviewed.

Tickets can be purchased for teachers and parents who wish to join the party

No food or drink may be brought into the hotels premises under any circumstances

Students must not sell tickets to people to attend the nightclub only.

Accomodation can be available provided. appropriate ID is provided on the night
